Terms of Service

1. Use of Content

Tutorials, practice tests, flashcards, and diagrams on StudyTonight are for personal learning and interview preparation. Do not scrape or republish the catalog at scale without permission.

2. Online Sandbox Fair Use

The code playground and Learn by Doing runners execute code on a remote sandbox. Malicious attacks, resource exhaustion, or abuse of rate limits may result in temporary or permanent blocks.

3. Accounts, XP, and Community

XP, leaderboards, guilds, and duels are for learning motivation. Farming XP through API abuse, harassing others in arcade chat, or impersonating staff is not allowed. We may reset abusive progress or suspend accounts.

4. Study Companion

The AI companion is a learning aid, not a homework solver. It may refuse full solutions. Answers can be wrong; verify against the tutorials and your own judgment.
